Is it just me, or can you see the garden fairy in this picture? Each week, I comb through flickr to find images that spark my interest and sometimes use them in the blog. You’ll notice that if you click on many of the pictures contained here, you’ll be directed to flickr’s site.
Well, this picture just popped out at me today, and I found myself staring at the column of pink light radiating around the flowers. Immediately I thought… there’s a fairy there~!
I love how magic just sometimes appears when we are least expecting it. I forget this sometimes, and I struggle and strain and try to wish magic into being. But that is like walking around life continually looking at the sidewalk hoping to find a penny. Wish pennies just show up when they are supposed to. Just like garden fairies. Just like surprise gusts of wind that make us laugh.
So allow yourself to surrender to the magic that surrounds you today. The fairies say that they’ll help make magic plentiful.
