I’m in the process of creation… I’d like to say that this is a comfortable place for me to be. But sometimes I have a tendency to want to jump ahead and read the last chapter of the book. However, this particular part of the process is about steeping, and allowing the wisdom and energy to make its way into my consciousness. This process cannot be rushed, it must be allowed to unfold in its own time.
This is a picture of a labyrinth. For those of you who have never seen one before, it is a circular path that jogs back and forth in a predetermined flow. Each part of the curved path is called a circuit. There’s only one way in and one way out. Walking the labyrinth is a form a sacred walking meditation. It allows for the mind and energy to unwind. You start the journey at the opening that can be seen at the bottom left of the picture. Then you follow the path, moving back and forth. The path winds you around and around, until finally you reach the center. My experience of walking labyrinths is that they are very powerful tools for opening our energy and consciousness. It also serves as a beautiful metaphor for lif’s journeys. So often, we need to walk in trust… following the path… surrendering to the twists and turns. And before we know it, we are in the midst of the sacred center of our dreams.
Right now, I’m in the midst of walking the circuits… at least that is how it feels. I know the center awaits me, but for now, I am turning, walking, turning, praying. All the while there’s a new dream that is calling me forth. One that feels beautiful. It is incubating within my heart, and the angels are attuning me to help make me ready for the new part of this adventure.
Many of my clients are reflecting that they are at similar points of their journey. This seems to be a time of great incubation, as if we are getting ready for the next wave of change.
Allow yourself the spaciousness to move through whatever is present for you. I know that for me, this is sometimes challenging. But always do the angels remind me to breathe in deeply and allow for the grace that is present in every moment. You see, we are deeply blessed, and everything is unfolding in the perfect time and space.
