What is a Lightworker?

A Lightworker is a soul who has chosen to incarnate at this time to help expand the vibration of loving and light on this planet.  Lightworkers often do not know their destiny right away.  In most it is latent and awakens after life-changing events.    share a special connection with the Beings of Light who reside in the realms of Spirit.  For each Lightworker there is a Chorus of Light on the other side helping them with their mission.  Many Lightworkers have had challenging journey’s prior to their awakening.  This is not due to a punitive nature; instead it is designed so that they can burn through energetic residue for themselves and others.  It is by moving through Shadow experiences that many Lightworkers find their compassion, empathy and loving nature.

Am I a Lightworker?

If you are reading this, yes you are a Lightworker.  I promise.  You are here to help uplift the vibration of loving and light on the planet.  And please don’t attach this to needing to do anything.  You don’t have to go out and work in a soup kitchen or give all your worldly possessions away (unless that sparks your heart with joy and purpose — if that’s the case then, please, by all means, follow your heart!)  Just by you being here, being you, you are making a difference.  Who you are is everything.  You are a being of Light, Dear One.  And we need you here.  Thank you for agreeing to be born.

Who am I to do this work?

Who you are is a Divine Being who has chose to walk the physical earth plane during this time of transformation.  Please do not attach worthiness to this journey, for all are worthy of shining God’s love.  You are needed.  You are powerful beyond measure.  You are here for good.  You are here to help pave the way for others to walk in the Light.  Please know that you are enough for this.  You are a beautiful ray of light.  We have been waiting for you to wake up and take your rightful place in the world.  You are safe.

How do I know it’s the Angels talking?

The angels have a very loving voice.  Imagine the most loving, soothing, supportive voice you’ve ever heard, and it was likely that of an angel.  The angels are here to assist us through their loving service.  They are mostly gentle, but sometimes can be firm, and even can guide us with humor.

When people first consciously begin working with the angels, they may wonder if they’re making it up.  Please let this go.  Allow yourself to attune to the voice of loving and allow it to wash over you.  It is the angels.  They are here to love you, to guide you and to help you on your journey.

What do Angels and Guides feel like?

Each of us feels our Angels and Guides differently.  There is usually a sense of loving and calm.  For me, I feel shimmering waves of light cascading down my crown chakra.  It is as if a golden light is stroking my hair.  It comes on its own time, and has not yet been something I can consciously conjure.  Others have shared with me that they get goose bumps, shivers, feel a sudden chill.  Others feel a breeze, a whisper and even a flapping of wings.

As you work with the angels, pay attention to any shifts in energy that you feel in the hours and days surrounding your work.  For me, the “shimmers” may come in the days proceeding or following my angel sessions.  They always bring me much comfort and joy for they remind me that the angels are always with me.

Can I attune to the Angelic Realms?

Yes! Each one of us is capable of communicating with the Angelic Realms.  They’re eager to speak with us.  Please ask them to assist you in connecting with the tools that will assist you in amplifying your communication with them.  They might suggest a class, a book, a set of oracle cards, a walk in nature and so on.

What books or oracle cards do you recommend?

Doreen Virtue’s oracle cards and books are among my favorites.  To amplify your connection with the angels, I recommend pulling a card from the Healing with the Angels deck or the Archangel Deck each morning.  Allow these beautiful images and words to help you anchor yourself in the loving of your angels.  Please see the products page for a list of items that I recommend.
