If you’re like me, you’ve had a journaling practice over the years. Perhaps there are times you write more than others. That’s how it’s been for me. It’s been several years since I took to my journal on a daily basis.

Recently, the angels have been encouraging me to return to the journal. There are places in my life and in my heart that are blossoming open. As is often the case, I’m attempting to “figure” everything out in my head. The angels say to make space for the words… make space for divine flow and messages of light.

It’s a lovely invitation and so I’m embarking upon a four week journey of journaling with the angels and I thought you might like to join me.

What can you expect?

• Each week we will gather together on a live Zoom and you will be invited into sanctuary with your beautiful angels and a group of kindreds.
• There will be a theme for each week and I will be channeling Josephus and the angels for you.
• One of the things I’ll be teaching you is a form of “channeling” where you will learn to write messages of love and support from your angels.
• You’ll be encouraged to journal each day – it’s  a way of making space for what is seeking to emerge through you.
• You will not be required to share your writing. Instead, you are invited into a deep space of sacred intimacy where more of you can be revealed.

Over the years I have found this type of process to be profoundly supportive during times of growth and healing.

Messages of Light Includes

Weekly Zoom Calls:

Our weekly gatherings will be from 60 to 90 minutes depending upon shared conversation and writing exercises.

We will open with a prayer and spend a bit of time navigating our theme for the week and experiences we are having and then I will bring forth Josephus and the angels for a channeled message, guided meditation and/or an attunement. Then we will have time for writing together.

Inspiring Emails:

In addition to the live calls, you will receive inspiring emails from me scattered throughout the week containing prompts, inspiration, angel messages and other words of encouragement.
