Hi Beautiful Friends-

It is hard to believe it has been a year since we all retreated into our respective caves and began navigating a different kind of rhythm of life.

A part of me keeps waiting for the signal to jump back into life… but the truth is, I’m not quite ready.

Maybe you are not feeling in the groove quite yet, either.

I think it’s a mistake to think that we’re somehow supposed to pick up where we left off.

The truth is, for many of us 2019 was a challenging year (I know it was for me). Then 2020 came in like a typhoon. Now here we are… Spring is inviting us to blossom.

Now what?

For the past few weeks, my inner thoughts continue to ruminate on the concept of the archetypal hermit’s cave.

My hermit’s cave is lovely. It has super comfortable furniture, all kinds of streaming TV, great snacks and my husband.

My hermit’s cave feels safe, snuggly and comforts me.

Yet, I know there is life beyond these walls.

There is a new expression of life seeking to dance.

But how do we re-engage with life again, especially after the kind of year (or two) that we’ve had?

This is what is inspiring my upcoming 4-week group, Igniting Your Spark.

I promise that you won’t have to figure anything out or do any heavy lifting.

Instead, the angels will be helping you remember how to connect with your authentic life force and sparkle.

Together we’ll be exploring where you’ve been, helping you reconnect to your inner light and more.

Over the coming four weeks the angels and I are inviting you to join us to come into our sacred circle where you will have the opportunity to get re-acquainted with the bright light within you.

These are the themes we will be exploring each week:

Week One: Where have you been?

• Part of igniting your spark is reconciling all you have been experiencing. We’ve been navigating some heavy stuff. It takes time to acclimate and breathe into where we are now. In our first week together, the angels will lead you through a process to help you acknowledge all you have been through and make space for the energy of rebirth to find you.

Week Two: Emerging from the Cave

• Please let go if the illusion that you are supposed to pick up where you left off. You have moved through profound moments of growth, healing and transformation. It takes time to adjust to the idea of stepping back into the world. The key is to emerge gently with loving intention and take good care of yourself along the way. The angels will be helping you to pave your way with grace and love.

Week Three: Permission to Play

• One of the best ways to get back into the flow of divine co-creation is to invoke the concept of playfulness. Don’t we all need to spend some time with our inner wild child for a while? I know I do. This week we are going to be cultivating joy, creativity, joyful messiness and more. The angels will be bringing forth a special attunement to help you with this.

Week Four: The Secrets of Your Spark

• How do you connect with your Spark? What awakens your zest for life? You don’t need to know right now. Instead, the angels are going to be leading you through a process to help you re-kindle your Bright Beautiful Light so you feel more ready to engage in the world in a way that light you up.

We will be meeting weekly via Zoom:

• Each week we will gather on a group video call so we can see each other, engage in sacred conversation, and spend time with Josephus and the angels.
• If you’re “zoomed out”, you can join by phone, audio-only, too.
• Classes will be recorded so you can time shift your participation if need be.

Highlights:

• You’ll have a chance to deepen in your connection with your angels…

Weekly Zoom Calls:

There is a weekly one-hour live call with the angels and me (which may go longer depending on our shared conversations each week). We will open with a prayer and spend a bit of time navigating our theme for the week and experiences we are having and then I will bring forth Josephus and the angels for a channeled message, guided meditation and/or an attunement. The weekly gatherings are designed to bathe you in light and angelic love to help you navigate your week.

Inspiring Emails:

In addition to the live calls, you will receive inspiring emails from me scattered throughout the week containing musings, inspiration, angel messages and other words of comfort.
