Hi Beautiful Soul-

Your life is filled with stories.

Some of these stories represent profound moments on your journey.

However most of them reflect the beautiful ordinary moments that represent the tapestry of life.

The sharing of these stories builds intimacy, imparts wisdom and allows for each person to be witnessed and loved.

Nowadays, we don’t seem to have as many opportunities to cultivate and share the stories of our hearts.

This is why I’m offering my 6-week class, The Stories of Your Life.

The angels and I are going to help you open to the stories that dwell within you.

You will be provided a sacred circle to share, express and tend to your inner storyteller.

Each week you will receive an invitation to access the tapestry of your stories using a variety of methods including journal prompts, oral storytelling and more. Over the past few years, I’ve been sharing various stories of my life in my podcast, Sleepy Bedtime Blessings and it brings me so much joy. And I long to share this joy with you, too.

If you have been contemplating writing a memoir, starting a podcast, launching a blog, giving TikTok a try, or creating a legacy for your grandchildren, this class is for you!

Together we will explore the art of oral and written storytelling, and how it can be used to inspire, heal, and connect.

And it’s important to note this is going to be gentle and easy. There is no required homework… you don’t have to dazzle us with your prowess. This is going to be a sweet exploration of the reflections and memories that spontaneously come forward for you as we dive into each week’s materials.

You’ll learn how to tap into your unique voice and the vastness of your own life experiences to indentify the Stories that seek to emerge through you.

I am so excited to be on this journey with you, and to help you open to your Creative Spirit and the wisdom you carry within your heart.

The Wisdom of Our Stories

  • It used to be we would gather around the fire or our kitchen tables and share the small moments of our daily lives. There are countless life experiences dwelling within you than can be crafted into reminicings, stories and other forms of creativity to support deepened intimacy and love with others.

Fractals of Memories + So Much More

  • There is deep initmacy in sharing seemingly ordinary moments. For instance, what was your favorite kind of ice cream growing up? What is a book that changed your life? What’s the oldest thing in your closet and where did it come from? This week the angels will be creating a loving and sacred space for you to identify and share some of the sweet moments from your life.

The Stories of Your Life

  • This week we continue the exploration of the art of storytelling because your life is filled with stories. When we share our stories, intimacy is created. This is a chance for you to express even more of your beautiful heart.

Storytelling for Light-Bearers

  • You have stories to tell, experiences to share. This week we will help you connect the dots and call forth snippets of your heart and life in service to illuminating the path for yourself and others. We will be focusing on the art of oral storytelling.

    Understanding Your Creative Spirit

    • You have a beautiful unique Creative Spirit. It has been with you since before this incarnation. This week the angels will help you better understand the sacred connection you share with your Creative Spirit and how best to come into flow with it.

      Sharing Your Stories

      • Now that you are connecting with your wisdom, stories and gifts, how are you guided to share them? You may be here to inspire your own heart, or more likely, you are here to ripple the goodness into the world. This week the angels will help yo connect with the bright beautiful vision for your path of Light.

      Program Includes
